Christmas is always a special time at The Rose & Crown, and we’d love to celebrate it with you. Whether you’re getting together with family, friends or colleagues, join us for good food, festive cheer and a proper Christmas get-together.
Our Christmas Party Menu is available during our usual opening hours, with 2 courses for £29.95 per person or 3 courses for £34.95 per person.
CHRISTMAS AT THE ROSE AND CROWN
CHRISTMAS PARTY SITTING TIMES
Our Christmas Party Menu is available for bookings from 2nd December to 24th December, giving you plenty of time to gather your favourite people and celebrate the festive season with us.
To help our kitchen and restaurant team give every party the best possible experience, Christmas bookings are available at the following set sitting times:
Lunch: 12:00pm, 12:30pm or 1:00pm
Evening: 6:00pm, 6:30pm or 7:00pm
Sundays: Christmas Party bookings are available between 12:00pm and 3:00pm.
Our usual opening hours will continue throughout December. Please note that on Thursdays, the pub closes at 3:00pm following lunch service.
BOOK YOUR CHRISTMAS PARTY
To secure your table, we require a £20 per person deposit, payable within 14 days of making your booking. Your booking is confirmed once we’ve received the full deposit for your party.
Deposits can be paid in person, by BACS or through a secure payment link sent by text.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. For everyone who attends, their £20 deposit will be deducted from the cost of their meal. If somebody cancels or does not attend, their deposit cannot be refunded or deducted from the final bill.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
CHRISTMAS DAY
Christmas Day sittings will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Sittings will be between 12-2pm, the Pub will close at 4pm. Full payment will be required by Saturday 11th December. Please contact us for further information.
PRE-ORDERS, ALLERGIES AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We’ll need your party’s completed food pre-order at least two weeks before your booking date. Please check that everyone’s choices are complete and correct before sending them to us.
If anyone in your party has an allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement, please let us know when you book and clearly include it on your pre-order. This includes gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan requirements.
If anyone has access requirements, please mention these when booking too, so we can make suitable arrangements wherever possible.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Dogs are not permitted in the Restaurant or Function Room.
We also operate a Challenge 25 policy. Anyone who looks under 25 and would like to purchase alcohol will need to bring valid photographic ID.
